Ferrum operates a franchise network specialising in the free pick-up and delivery of ironing, dry cleaning and laundry, currently under the brand of Increase/Decrease.

Ferrum created the pilot operation in 1999 in Newport, South Wales, and began franchising in 2003. It now has eight franchise territories nationwide, with master licences in New Zealand and Spain.

Using uniformed friendly drivers and a clean fleet of vehicles, the business provides a free collection and delivery service of laundry, dry cleaning and ironing, with items returned clean within 24 hours.

All work is undertaken in a commercial clean room environment, by fully trained staff, using the latest technology and professional non allergenic washing liquids and powders, with all garments fully insured whilst in the care of the franchisee.
