How much does it cost?
That depends on the size of the property. We will come out to view your property and give you a quote for your specific requirements, and will also risk assess your property and ensure we can provide safest, most effective clean for your individual needs.
But don't worry there's no obligation. You can then have as much time as you want to think about it and get back to us. Once you give us the go-ahead we will schedule in a one-off or regular date.
How do I pay?
It's easy and convenient. If you're a domestic customer you simply give us your bank or credit card details (which we treat in the strictest of security and confidentiality at all times) and we debit the amount off your card each time. We will also pop a receipt through the door each time we visit for your records.
Business customers will be invoiced monthly for a regular service or on the date of the clean for one-off services, unless otherwise agreed. We can always discuss payment terms in more detail when we visit.
Do we need to be present when you clean?
No – unless you particularly want to be. As we don't need any internal access to your property (we bring our own water supply) we can get on with the job regardless of whether you are there or not. But don't worry – if you are home our operative will ring the doorbell when they are about to start so you don't get any surprises!
What about access to the rear of my property?
If you want us to clean your rear windows you will have to ensure we have access to a side or back gate into the garden. If there is no access for us to clean using our poles, we can usually provide an alternative solution.
Is the pole cleaning system safe?
Yes completely. In every way – both for your windows and also for our operatives as they don't have to climb ladders or over reach. It's been tried, tested and proven to clean windows effectively, efficiently and safely. Plus as ladders aren't used our operatives can get the job done quicker and safer too.
How can you clean properly without detergent?
Here's the science behind the service! The ‘pure' water we use has an ionic charge, which actually attracts the dirt and dust from your windows holding it in the water. As no detergent is used, less rinsing is required and no smears are left. What's more, the glass tends to stay cleaner for longer as detergent residue left by conventional methods is sticky so makes the windows dirty again in no time.
Can I have a trial period?
A trial period isn't really required as you can cancel your Myhome Window Cleaning service at any time. Just call us up. There's no obligation with a regular clean to continue the service – but if there is anything you're not happy with, please tell us as we will always try to resolve or improve rather than loose you as a valued customer.

Are your operatives insured?
Yes – fully. Our staff are all fully insured so in the event of an accident whilst cleaning your windows you can rest assured Myhome Window Cleaning will take care of everything. No liability or responsibility will lie with you, either as a domestic or commercial customer.
Are your products environmentally friendly?
Myhome Window Cleaning take their social responsibility seriously and we are always striving to improve our ‘carbon footprint'. The detergent-free system we use is obviously better for the environment and as no rinsing is required either.
